CLIA counts 21 new river cruise ships due in 2027
Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) says 21 river ships are due to enter service in 2027. Most will sail on European rivers such as the Rhine, Danube, Douro and Seine, and others will sail the Mekong, the Amazon and North American waterways. The new ships include Celebrity Cruises' first river vessels, Celebrity Compass and Celebrity Seeker, three AmaWaterways ships and three from Uniworld.
